Le soja pourrait aider à prévenir certains cancers et d'autres maladies. Tour d’horizon.

Le soja est une légumineuse cultivée depuis plus de 9000 ans qui peut être consommée sous des formes variées : « lait » (tonyu), farine, huile, sauce, tofu, miso... Le soja (Glycine max) ne doit pas être confondu avec le haricot mungo (Phaseolus aureus) appelé « germe de soja » et consommé...
