L’ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) est une plante utilisée depuis plus de 3000 ans en médecine traditionnelle indienne pour ses vertus thérapeutiques. Cette plante médicinale adaptogène est réputée pour améliorer la résistance de l’organisme au stress et à l’anxiété, réguler et renforcer le système immunitaire.
