Depuis le début des années 1990, de nombreuses études ont été menées pour savoir si un peu plus de vitamine D en hiver, c’est un peu moins d’infections respiratoires. Revue de détail.

La vitamine D est fabriquée par la peau lorsqu'elle est exposée au soleil, grâce à l'action des UVB. Une part moins importante est apportée par l'alimentation.

La vitamine D joue de nombreux rôles dans l'organisme, notamment dans la santé osseuse, mais aussi dans l'immunité. Peut-elle aider à lutter contre les...
